Located in historical New Bedford, Massachusetts, RothTec Filtration is a leader both the engraving of rotary screens and in the production of custom electroformed nickel sleeves, screens, and other hybrid cylindrical forms for process applications.  These applications include the production, forming, finishing, coating, laminating, and embossing of woven, knitted, and nonwoven fabric, plastic, film, foil, food, labels, and paper. Our screens are also used for filtration and sieving, and our electroformed nickel products include holographic master shims.

RothTec Filtration is a manufacturer of 100% nickel perforated screens that can be made using hex or circular holes to meet specs for industry needs. Screens can be made cylindrical and seamless or cut to specific size for lab use.  We can supply an array of separation solutions and can manufacture diameters upwards of 40 inches and cut to order.
